ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

During new releases, restocks, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping rates and available delivery options are displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.

Please remember that processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, actual delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
